Breath Weaving is a guided group breathwork practice that uses conscious connected breathing, sound, and somatic awareness to support emotional release and nervous-system regulation.

Preet has been guiding transformation for over a decade, working as a Master NLP Coach since 2010—a foundation that shaped her deep understanding of the mind, behavior, and the power of conscious choice.
In 2022, while journeying through the sacred mountains of Peru, Spirit whispered: “Breath is Light. Weave with it, Preet.”
That moment marked a profound turning point—a call to devotion that reshaped the course of her life.
For the next two years, Preet apprenticed in the Q’anchis Ylla Lineage of the Andes, guided by Puma Quispe Singona. Immersed in ancient tradition, she studied shamanic wisdom, learned the subtle languages of energy, engaged with elemental medicines, and deepened into communion with her spirit allies.
Seeking greater spiritual depth, she completed her training in Divine Healing and Soul Contract Reading with the Center for Conscious Ascension. Through these multidimensional modalities—working directly with Divine Intelligence and the Higher Self—Preet facilitates healing and reconnection to Spirit across all levels of being. Her sessions awaken innate gifts and qualities so each participant can embody their soul’s design and live from wholeness.
Preet is a certified SPIRITUS Breathwork Facilitator, trained with Tim Morrison, weaving trauma-informed somatic healing with the mysticism of breath. Her work bridges neuroscience and spirit, helping women regulate their nervous systems, release trauma, and dissolve old conditioning.
Rooted in remembrance and aligned through the mind–body–soul connection, Preet’s teaching invites a sacred return—to breath, to body, to truth.

Absolutely. Many attend solo. Sharing is always optional; your breath does the speaking. This space meets you exactly where you are.
