Hope you’ve had a good start to the week and are ready to flow with whatever comes along.
It’s February, things are probably back to normal as 2016 progresses and you may find yourself slipping back into the familiar realms of ‘busyness’. Do you sometimes find that it can be difficult in life to keep all the plates spinning. Work! The Kids! School holidays! Parents! Partner! MeTime!
Yes, trying to give something to each part of our life can sometimes feel like not just being spread thin, but being torn apart by hungry wolves!
Where’s the balance? Is balance even possible? What would balance look like anyway?
Do you feel guilty about the things you just never get around to?
Well, put the breaks on! Today, we’re going to look at – How to achieve balance in your life.
I’m going to help you get some clarity around your commitments, dispel a myth about those to-do lists and most importantly, help you reconnect with your needs in all the ‘busyness’ of your life.
Watch today’s episode and take a time-out.
The most important thing to remember about balance is that it’s an ONGOING PROCESS.
With each different day in our lives, new challenges will always come along to rumble our routine and disrupt our well-thought out plans. And that’s ok. Sometimes it’s for the better.
Just remember, it’s about coming back to yourself in the midst of it all and making a new plan for that moment. And I know you can do that.
Now I’d love to hear from you. Is the word balance alien to you? Have you tried everything to achieve balance and are still struggling? What rituals do you have to keep balance in your life? Got any stories on how you keep those plates spinning?
Found this episode helpful, please do pass it along to your friends or anyone who you feel needs some help with their balancing act. I’d really appreciate that.
