INITIATED BY BREATH

I didn’t study this work—I survived it. Before I ever held space for another, I surrendered fully to the breath, letting it strip away every layer of who I thought I was. What surfaced were the truths I had long buried: fear, grief, rage, devotion—and, ultimately, love.

Breath became both mirror and medicine—not to fix me, but to free me. It demanded presence. It revealed the sacred within. From that lived initiation, BREATH WEAVING was born—a sacred, undeniable alchemy that continues to move through me, as me.

This isn’t a practice to master; it’s a relationship to surrender to. Through it, you remember your rhythm, your roots, your truth. Every session becomes a ceremony—your breath writes the story, your body chooses the depth.

I hold, witness, and guide, but your breath leads. Nothing is wrong or wasted here. Every sound, every stillness, is your system remembering how to trust itself again

What happens during a Somatic Breathwork session?

Each session is a guided journey using conscious, connected breathing paired with sound, somatic awareness, and energy attunement. As your breath deepens, your body begins to release stored tension, emotion, and energetic residue. You may experience sensations, memories, or waves of emotion—all of which are welcomed as part of the medicine. Your body leads; I hold the field with care and reverence.

How is Somatic Breathwork different from meditation or talk therapy?

Meditation often invites stillness and observation of the mind. Talk therapy engages thought, language, and story. Somatic Breathwork moves beneath both—into the body’s intelligence, where emotion, memory, and energy live. Through the breath, we access what words can’t reach. It is not about analyzing the past but alchemizing it. The breath bridges the conscious and the unseen, creating transformation through direct embodied experience.

Is this safe if I’ve experienced trauma?

Yes. Breath Weaving is deeply trauma-informed and rooted in somatic awareness. Everything unfolds at the pace your nervous system allows. The breath never forces—it invites. You are always in control of your experience, free to pause or adjust as needed. This work helps the body release stored charge safely while restoring trust and regulation. Healing happens through presence, not pressure.

What if strong emotions or memories come up?

This is entirely natural. The breath has a way of revealing what your system is ready to release or integrate. You will never be pushed beyond your capacity. Everything that arises is held in safety, compassion, and presence. Your body’s intelligence knows how to regulate and restore balance—our work creates the space for that wisdom to move.

How should I prepare for my session?

Hydrate well and eat lightly on the day of your session. Allow space before and after to rest, reflect, or be. Create a quiet environment where you can lie down comfortably and remain undisturbed. If joining virtually, wear headphones to immerse yourself fully in the sound frequencies. You may wish to light a candle, journal, have water, a blanket, or a sacred item nearby to anchor your ritual and support your integration. You’ll receive a detailed preparation brochure upon booking.

What will I feel afterward?

Many women feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves. You might also experience tenderness or emotional waves as your system continues to integrate. Drink plenty of water, move gently, and give yourself permission to rest. Time in nature, journaling, or a warm bath can support deeper grounding. Integration continues for several days after the session—trust the unfolding.

How many sessions do I need?

Every woman’s journey is unique. Some experience profound release in a single session, while others choose a series or ongoing practice to support continued expansion and embodiment. You’ll intuitively know what’s right for your rhythm and season of healing. Trust your breath—it always leads you home.
