What Does The Empowered Mind Involve?

This exclusive 10-week online program breaks down into seven core modules, allowing time to work through the exercises and incorporating feedback from the group during the three unpack weeks.

The modules have been designed to build upon one another and teach what is needed at each stage in the process, meaning that each week solidifies and strengthens your knowledge and self-awareness.

Each week is accompanied by worksheets, an exclusive empowering meditation to engage the subconscious, and an in-depth webinar to walk you through the lesson with touch points and personal guidance throughout.

Start At The Root

An insight into your mind and its workings, this module looks at building an empowered mindset, unlocking logic and seeing things from new perspectives. We’ll be assessing your life, addressing your needs and answering that all -important question: What do you actually want? How do you want to design your life?

Find Your Truth

Module 2 is about uncovering your authentic self and discovering a sense of purpose. We uncover the authentic self, discover core values, and understand the importance of embracing fear whilst doing this inner work. We will unveil beliefs and memories that may be limiting you and your success. Using techniques to access your key strengths, we get you moving towards living more congruently.

Create Your Future

This module is about taking responsibility, resetting your habits, preventing procrastination and setting authentic goals so you’re achieving what matters most to you. Analyzing the difference between goals and intentions, we’ll be discussing decision-making and how to cultivate compassion for your mistakes. This is the week that we’ll be introducing the importance of taking action and putting a plan into place.

Resilience and Rebounding

Module 4 is about building self-resilience, getting back up after a setback and acknowledging your inner gremlins. Assessing the inner sage versus the inner critic, we’ll be talking about the importance of honoring your truth and adaptability. I will introduce you to the wheel of resilience with a meditation to increase inner strength. Thinking on your feet and handling change will be key lessons this week alongside how to create and maintain effective boundaries.

Reconnection and Relationships

This module is all about understanding shared values, building rapport and establishing clear communication. We will discuss in depth the key to building close relationships, the role of vulnerability and how we communicate through conflict. This leads us onto identifying and eliminating any toxic relationships. We’ll be looking into how we manage our different states – mentally and emotionally – making this a crucial part of strengthening our relationships

Cultivating Confidence

Module 6 is about learning what authentic confidence is and how to ensure we have self -confidence in a variety of situations. We will be working with some great tools like neurological levels and the confidence balance wheel to maximize our confidence levels. Using the four confidence keys we will learn how to make confidence a habit that comes as second nature.

Achievement and Celebration

The final module is an invitation for celebration! A week of celebrating your success and celebrating yourself, we’ll be delving into what achievement means and sharing our achievements with one another. We’ll look at different approaches to achievements, the importance of practicing gratitude and cultivating an abundance mindset.

Private 1:1 Coaching

You will be offered a choice of dates for your two 60-minute private coaching sessions with Preet. The first private session will be a week before starting Module 1, and the second session will be a week after completing the program.

Your Coach

An experienced life coach with over a decade of working one-on-one with clients, Preet has an incredibly powerful life story rich with pitfalls and imperfections, which is how she ended up training as an accredited Coach.

She is all about standing in her truth, bringing on transformation with compassion for self and others, and giving back to the world. Preet leads by example, is honest about her experiences, and extracts the very best from everyone she connects with.

She has witnessed what it’s like to hit rock bottom, be broken, and do the inner work to rebuild herself. It is with this knowledge that she created The Empowered Mind.

Alongside years of training and the experience under her belt, she has also undergone multiple spiritual awakenings, addressed her own demons, and learned things that a book could never have taught. Creative, confident, non-judgmental, honest, and empathetic – the deep meaningful dialogue is the reason she became a coach – to have heart-filled conversations that inspire authentic change.
