Hi! I'm Preet.
Coach, Healer, and Disruptor of the old ways.
I guide women from survival to sovereignty through mindset alchemy, somatic healing, and soul remembrance.
My work weaves the neuroscience of the nervous system with the language of spirit, bridging the practical with the mystical to create true transformation. It’s trauma-informed, deeply embodied, and energetically precise.
I’ve walked this path myself—through rupture, reclamation, and radiant return. Everything I share has been lived, breathed, and transmuted through my own becoming.
